Walking distance to go next building.. Easy access too.. but hoping to have iron in each room.
Tried calling many times but no one answered the phone. I was told that the payment went through, but the booking failed. They asked me to contact the bank myself. After I called the bank, I suddenly received an email saying the booking was successful. Very confusing and stressful experience. Hope the service can improve — at least answer the phone when customers are facing urgent issues.
Recently we had a super bad experience with Ecity Hotel. We booked a room and stayed here for 1 night from 27-28th Nov. The attitude of the management of this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in to the room at around 11pm and my family discovered a hidden camera in the bathroom of our room. We immediately contacted local authorities and went to police station to lodge a report then we reported to the management. A female staff who attended to us later was very nonchalant. She told that she can guarantee the incident was not related to any of the hotel staff since they have very limited staff (what reason was this??? i nvr judged anyone as i m truly understand as we cant judge anyone before invesgation was conducted, thus i was wondering how she can guarantee this since the incident was not started for investigation). After police officers came for investigation and inquiry (that time was around 3am plus), the staff stated that we may check out immediately if we want to and they will fully refund to us. What dissapointed us the most was later we received a call from the hotel staff at around 4.15am when we are preparing for packing our stuffs and checking out from the hotel, the staff requested us to check out from the hotel immediately if we want to get the refund. As a 4 star hotel, the management did not even arrange us for a room transfer or offer any other compensation. We were disappointed by the lack of urgency and transparency from the hotel in addressing the situation. Guests have the right to feel safe and secure during their stay. I hope this sharing may help other to prevent such incidents in the future.
