Room: very spacious, very clean, TV, kettle, closet and place to put your stuff away. Room service upon request. RECEPTION: Very friendly, knowledgeable, able to help with anything, they were available 24/7 RESTAURANT: definitely the highlight of the place. All dishes I have tried were fresh, delicious and served quickly. Restaurant Staff is profesionál and friendly. Breakfast were to die for, variaty of food and everything was delicious. In the hotel we tried outside jacuzzi, indoor pool and massages. Everything can be easily arranged without prior booking. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend it to anyone with understanding of polish language. Staff as lovely as they are, do struggle with speaking English. They should also consider their "parties" with DJ to finish at 10pm and warn the guests. Great 4 star hotel, very good quality of customer service like not everywhere you can experience. The stuff is smiling and nicely address your requests. In March they have been offering double room for 300 zł including breakfast. The restaurant is in classic style, the service and cousins are on the higher level. The food was very tasty, especially recommend a steak. The indoor swimming pool works, together with saunas. Also they offer a wide range of massages and cosmetic procedures. The hotel room meets 4 hotel star requirements in terms of comfort and appliances(air conditioning is very good). The view from the window on the lake and the mountains is stunning. The breakfast is served as a buffet. Not such a big variety of food, but enough. They offer in normal times the transfer to Czorsztyn ski resort, otherwise it is only 5 min drive by car. Among the other amenities there are a children playground outside, a linen park in building, a big terrace with grill place ( I think for some summer parties, most probably weddings). You can have a walk to the Czorsztyn castle and the lake. Close to the hotel there are two other restaurants. The convenient shop works there. As one of disadvantages is a lack of the elevator. So rooms on higher floors are not wheel chair accessible. I recommend this accomodation very much as a place where you will experience a comfortable rest and customer care attitude.

This resort was recommended to me, but my expectations were exceeded. Fantastic garden, fantastic Spa, fantastic restaurant (thanks to Indian chef Mr. Roopesh PK). Thanks to the kindness of the staff at the reception, lastly thanks to the courtesy of Mr. Musinski. And we had a lot of sun, which is also important
