A very interesting hotel/complex with many positive aspects: The all-inclusive food was OK for us. We rented a villa that turned out to be more than we needed—quite spacious for a family of two adults and two children. The beach is lovely, with fine sand and plenty of sun loungers available. The à la carte restaurant “Vatican” was excellent, offering delicious dishes in a pleasant setting. There were enough activities for children, and the resort offers a wide range of pools, spa and sports facilities—some free, some for an additional fee. The pools are numerous (outside and inside) , clean, and very enjoyable. Free parking Areas for improvement: !!!Room and surrounding area cleanliness (especially terraces and balconies) needs serious attention. The quality of juices for children and beer for adults could be significantly improved—it would make a big difference. A wider variety of natural breakfast options, particularly for children, would be appreciated. At least three pancake machines are needed 😊, along with a dedicated pancake space to avoid overcrowding. Overall, it’s a nice place with great potential. With improvements in service quality and staffing levels, it could truly meet the standards of a 5-star resort. I will give 5* even thou is more a 4*.... 😉

The location is nice. The room had a card entrance problem, sometime the door was not opening. the food was low quality. the variety was very low, it was the same almost every day. not too tasty. the plates were not clean. The ice cream was good. Overall, the 5 star hotel is not actually an European 5 star hotel, is more like a 3.5/4 star hotel.

Rude to Romanians - Best Avoid ! Our stay had its ups and downs, but sadly, the negatives outweighed the positives. The private beach area was truly lovely—it was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax. We felt it was the one thing that made the hotel worth visiting. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive buffet was a complete disaster. The food lacked quality, creativity, and variety. It often felt like they were scraping by, and the desserts tasted like something a home cook would make, not a 5-star hotel pastry chef. Adding to the frustration was the sheer number of people crammed into the small space, making it difficult to even get to the food. Most of the tables were left uncleared and weren't ready for new guests unless you arrived the moment the doors opened. To make matters worse, we experienced incredibly rude staff. They were openly hostile toward Romanians, an attitude so blatant that even the Booking.com customer service team couldn't get through to them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely soured our experience. While the beach was great, we will not be returning due to the rude staff and the incredibly disappointing dining experience.
