Eco Tree Hotel

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. I needed to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, and the staff handled it with no hassle at all. Every member of the team was warm and welcoming, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. The location is also a major plus—the hotel is directly connected to Sai Ying Pun Station (Exit A2), which made getting around Hong Kong incredibly convenient. A thoughtful detail: housekeeping provided cans of water daily, which was a lifesaver in the Hong Kong heat. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Special thanks to Tiffany at reception for her kind and professional service—she truly made a difference! I will stay here again during my next trip to Hong Kong.

We stayed Deluxe Double Room with Sea View for 3 nights. Ideal location for sight seeing, the hotel building above the MTR station exit A2, and the tram stop is only a minute away. (Enter the hotel from side street, the reception is 7th floor). The room is clean, spacious with great view. The staff (especially Stephen & Jim) are very helpful. We asked in advance our preference of the room and we have had a lovely room with a view! We happened to arrive at the hotel the day before Chinese New Year, so their up to date advice about where to go such as “this evening is the last Market Day before New Year” as well as New Year Parade & Fireworks were very helpful.

Hotel was perfect- convenient location and the staff were amazing. We were meeting at the hotel for a surprise family reunion and Tiffany at the front desk was so helpful helping us organise the surprise and check in early. Due to other guests extending their stay we weren’t initially able to get rooms on the same floor, but Tiffany and Billy (housekeeping supervisor) went out of their way to accomodate us and get us sorted. The both of them made sure are stay was perfect! The family suite was spectacular!
