Amazing place with 3 private beaches. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. The pool is big with lots of sunbeds. The apartment was a bit outdated, but very clean and functional and with a beautiful view over the sea. We would definitely return!
We spent 6 days and rented 3 apartments in the Eco Village. What an amazing place! The beach is absolutely stunning — one of the best sea views I’ve ever seen in my life. The weather was very kind to us, and we really enjoyed the Italian summer. It’s an ideal place for snorkeling in crystal-clear water. We spent hours watching the marine life and swimming between the small islands around us, which was a highlight. Most of the time, we had the entire beach to ourselves — an incredible experience, especially at this time of year. I’m still not sure how that’s even possible! The only disappointing thing about the beach was that all the sunbeds were broken, which was a bit annoying. Back at the apartments, the experience was a bit mixed. All of them seemed to have been built in the 90s, which gave me a nostalgic feeling — I liked that part. However, the sea view apartment had a terrible bathroom: the boiler was leaking, the toilet smelled, the shower was tiny, and the hot water was dangerously inconsistent — it could easily burn your skin. Also, after flushing the toilet, the water tank made a loud, disturbing noise that would wake everyone up at night. The whole apartment felt poorly maintained, with many broken or malfunctioning fittings, and this was unfortunately true for the other two apartments we rented as well. I don't quite understand why the facilities are not better looked after — all we wanted was basic functionality. We had similar issues with the kitchens, but I won’t go into too much detail. It’s a shame, especially considering the price. On a positive note, we loved the swimming pool. It was huge, super clean, and had a great bar nearby with reasonably priced drinks — nothing fancy, just the way we like it. The grounds were full of cats and other animals like geckos, lizards, and even a turtle near the entrance. There was also a small veggie garden where the staff grow their own produce — really lovely. The food in the on-site restaurants was excellent, especially the pizzas. Nothing overly special, but solid, proper Italian food — definitely worth the money, though not cheap. The service was a bit awkward at times — not super friendly, but acceptable. Overall, it’s a great place with lots of potential, but it’s a bit overpriced, and the accommodation definitely needs improvement. I really hope the owners invest in some maintenance and care, because this place truly deserves it. 100% sure we’d come back if that happens.
My family and I checked in to the resort for a 5 day stay, 4 people. In the reception we were shown a map of the area and were told all the beaches was 5 minutes away by car and none of them within walking distance. I was surprised, as this was not my understanding from when I booked. We during our stay succeeded to by ourselves find 2 of the alleged 3 beaches within walking distance, even though the staff did not tell us about them. We have a very general perception that this place can be incredible. The natural landscape surrounding it is just mesmerizing, however the service and facilities are really disappointing. When we arrived, there was only towels and sheets for 2 people. Also the table on the terrace had just 2 chairs. We asked for them to bring 2 more chairs and this was done after 2 days … We found out that the fridge in the room did not work, and asked 2 days in a row for them to please go check on the fridge. On day 4, they came in with a second fridge and put it on the floor. The facilities did not enable us to have dinner or breakfast in the room or on the terrace with a fridge not working. All the booking confirmation and information I received from the hotel have been in italian, making it really hard for me to keep up with what I booked or did nok book. During our 5 day stay they did not clean the room or replace towels/sheets a single time. They charge for a final cleaning and the charge for the breakfast is 48 euros per day, which is surprising and very expensive for the quality.
