Eco Village Mission Beach

It has been a while since we visited Eco Village (we used to come quite regularly with our kids) and it was great to see it again! This time we had four couples and we were accommodated in units next to each other. The facilities were still in great condition and service as good as ever. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed, but that suited us fine, as we used the space to run our murder mystery event! It is the location and grounds that make this place so good though. The path straight to the beach is fantastic. Then it is a 1.2km walk to some great restaurants and bars!

We had a wonderful time over here in this small bungalow park. Staff is friendly and the location is superb. It gives you this typical tropical feel as the set up is stunning. It felt like being in Bali, except the bungalows are basic. Basic, but clean and spacious though. The swimming pool is gorgeous and we loved it. We recommend staying here.

Highly recommended. I stayed for 5 nights in a rainforest view self contained bungalow. I extended my stay by 3 extra nights, having booked direct on their own website this was easy done. The accommodation was very secluded and private. The surrounding gardens are lovely and maintained daily. The pool is beautiful and large with crystal clear water. The pool temperature was a little warm but still lovely to swim in. The room was very clean. With a short walk of just over 1km to town centre the Village is pretty well located.
