Ecovergel Hotel Boutique & Spa

Ecovergel hosted our 2019 event. The view is amazing, the grounds well kept and pristine. The staff was attentive and the rooms quaint and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel and course!

We we're just lucky to have found this place, beautiful, prices are good,service, their breakfast is included, loved it, definitely will be staying here every time we visit Allende.

We didn’t have a good experience here. When you read “boutique hotel” you expect a certain kind of hospitality and premises. The property looks gorgeous, but that’s as far as it goes. First, there was construction on site and each day there was some kind of obstacle to drive in/out of the narrow dirt road leading to the hotel. When we arrived they switched our room without making sure that the new one was ready. We had to go get the extra towels we needed ourselves. There was no table or chairs in our room, which was an inconvenience when we wanted to eat a snack or work for a bit. The room itself was ok. It could have been cleaner, but it was decent. The shower lacks a door so the bathroom was always cold (it was February). The worst part was there was zero service. It’s like we arrived, they gave us our room, and forgot we were there. We stayed 5 nights of which we saw no one, no one changed our towels. We needed more toilet paper and again, we had to go get it ourselves. There was no phone in the room, so no way to call reception. We tried to have breakfast there one morning and we didn’t even know where the restaurant was and there was no one at the reception desk. A cleaning lady finally directed us upstairs. All in all, it’s more of a motel experience. You get a room and you’re left alone. No service. Beautiful property on the outside. Rooms are ok. No service whatsoever. Not worth it, unless they seriously improve some things.
