We had a wonderful stay in a family suite. Food & service was impeccable. Very nice location with a separate access to Aquamotion through a tunnel directly from the hotel. Private parking with a concierge and 24/7 hour reception desk. The staff even helped us recover our son's plush monkey toy that got lost in the laundry. We have only positive things to say about the hotel. Highly recommended, we will be back for sure!
This hotel is magnificent. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. Thank you for the lovely upgrade. The complementary breakfast had really good selection of food. The complementary afternoon tea was special touch. Bonus access to Acquamotion after a long day of skiing! We also hired our ski gear from the hotel and the staff at the ski room were amazing.
We had a terrible experience with this property. Our daughter caught COVID four days ahead of our trip and the hotel decided they could not offer us any dates in the coming months or even years. They kept changing their mind. Their reception and customer service is dreadful and ultimately decided to take our money in return for no service. If you have kids - do not book this hotel. If anything comes up - they will take your money as well. Be very careful. Check all of their terms.
