Eden Beach Khao Lak Resort & Spa

Beautiful resort and great staff ! We spent 5 beautiful days at the Eden Beach Khao Lak. The rooms are very confortable with amazing bedding and lovely Balinese style decoration. As we came after the high season we were upgraded to bigger rooms The resort is vast with lots of trees and pools and the beach is really nice with few hotels . The food in all 3 restaurants is really tasty with lots of choice at very reasonable price. The hotel offers complimentary daily activities and I enjoyed morning beach yoga and the small gym. Very welcoming and professional staff , with a special mention to Mickey at the reception who offered us great advices and services with the usual Thai kindness.

The hotel left a positive impression overall - friendly staff, delicious food, stunning views, and thoughtful details. However, there are a few areas that could enhance the experience for future guests. Our room was located near the billiard room, and in the evenings (after 8:00–10:00 PM), it became quite noisy. We could clearly hear the sound of balls hitting each other, cheers, and laughter from groups playing. On one occasion, the staff helped resolve the issue, but on other nights, new guests - unaware of any restrictions - continued playing, not realizing they might be disturbing others. Suggestion: Adding a sign to limit billiard room use during late hours would be helpful. Another issue was the room doors - they are very heavy and slam loudly, so every time a neighbor entered or exited, it was clearly audible. Installing soft-close mechanisms might reduce the noise. Other than that, everything was great - thank you for your hospitality!

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. While the beach nearby wasn't the most beautiful, we were pleased to discover that horseback riding is available in the vicinity, offering a unique way to enjoy the coastal scenery. We would gladly return anytime. Very nice cafe with a variety of cakes. The best Pizza I ate!
