Eden Beach Resort & Spa

I loved every detail of this place.From the Aribian architecture to the ocean views in every room. The jacuzzi and bathtub were a cherry on the cake. I stayed in Philip's Airbnb and loved his decoration. Would definitely recommend

RUN, RUN RUN, AS FAST AS YOU CAN. This plase was the worst experience I have have ever had at a hotel. There was hotel staff using our room, couch, tv, kitchen. They would just walk in and not knock. The front door wouldnt lock or latch. There was plumbing leaks, cockroaches in the kitchen all over the counter, broken toilets, leaking roof, beds didn't have pillows, sheets. One night a staff member knocked on a bedroom at 11:45 pm and went into the bedroom climbed over the two women sleeping on a bed to get One towel for every 5 people. No hot water. Horrible customer service. You can look into bathrooms through windows which isn't ok. The staff was using our kitchen for their storage. We couldn't use any of our fridge. We would have staff and other guests just walk into our room. People would be using our kitchen and TV and couch. Run Run Run as fast as you can zero stars if I could. Oh and there was a creepy camera monitoring us in our kitchen.

Maintenance is poor, customer service is lacking, the houses are moldy and dirty. If you don't have means of transportation it's difficult to access,It's very far from forms of entertainment or activities. The lifts don't work, they harass you to make initial payments and they have poor communication and follow up...you will basically hate your stay with them 🤬. No Beach front, it's just near water!!
