I had picked out the location and quality early. However, after needing to change the bookings (half the number of guests now staying) - the online booking company was no help. However, K (General Manager) was fantastic! With no fuss at all, she rearranged the booking/partial cancellation. Very rare, high quality service - sincerely appreciated. Such that we will be booking again her next year.
The location is central, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Ammenities were clean, well appointed and the staff were very friendly, considerate and attentive. We will be back.
We were very impressed with the room and service. Well looked after and maintained. Definitely will be staying here again.
