It seems there’s a small “slippers situation,” if I may call it that, which has also been mentioned by other guests. On Booking.com, slippers are listed as included, but they weren’t initially available in our room either. When we asked, the receptionist kindly explained that the summer season hadn’t started yet and they hadn’t ordered them. A few minutes later, however, he brought four pairs to our room, which we really appreciated. One more small detail: during the otherwise generous and tasty breakfast, napkins (tisues) were missing. We asked, and they were brought to us right away. A friendly suggestion for the hotel owner: please don’t overlook these little details. While they may seem minor, things like slippers and napkins can make a big difference to guests who care about comfort and cleanliness. And it’s worth mentioning that the cleanliness overall was excellent—sheets, bathrobes, and towels were spotless! Personally, I wouldn’t have left a review at all if the “slippers situation” hadn’t been resolved (and even then, it wouldn’t have been a negative one). I’m sharing this only with the intention of helping improve an already great experience. 😉
Our stay at this hotel left us with the warmest impressions! We booked a room for the night before our wedding to prepare for the big day, and everything was organized perfectly. The room was spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated with flowers, petals, and other romantic details. At our request, we were given a sunny room, which made the atmosphere even cozier. Breakfasts were excellent – delicious, varied, and accompanied by impeccable service. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly return again!
We were there with four families, and all our rooms were unavailable "due to unforeseen circumstances". They offered bad alternatives, including an old and dirty apartment nearby. Note that we've experienced this before in Montenegro, with hotels offering your reserved room last-minute to someone else for a higher profit. Unfortunately, this hotel was exactly the same, and it caused us a lot of chaos.
