A very pleasant option within the city of Cannes. We had a great experience staying at Eden Hotel & Spa. The lady at the reception who checked us in was friendly, helpful and efficient, genuinely made us feel very welcome. Rooms are spacious and not noisy despite being next to decently chaotic traffic, and within 5 minutes of walking you're already at the boulevard of Cannes. The spa section was great as well and offers plenty of relaxation. The only piece of feedback I'd like to leave was that housekeeping sometimes already entered our rooms for cleaning around 9.30AM when we had just woken up. We were genuinely sad to leave after 4 nights. Highly recommended!

I just came back from my trip to cannes and I’m more than satisfied with my stay. The location is just perfect and the hotel is very welcoming and clean. All the staff that I met are very friendly and very well spoken. Breakfast area and the selection is very good, as well as the spa area. I will definitely book again when coming back to cannes. Unfortunately, my experience at Eden Hotel & Spa was below expectations. The rooms were extremely small and lacked comfort. The elevator was a major inconvenience — very slow and with only one available, it caused significant delays throughout the day. Cleanliness in the hallways was not up to standard, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor. While the location is convenient, the overall quality of the facilities and services did not reflect the value promised.
