Great place to relax and refresh in Zichron Yaacov
Sadly, the room did not have the amenities that were promised on the hotel's website. Additionally, the maintenance was poor. there was a smell of mold, and the air conditioner leaked making the floor dangerously slippery. With that, breakfast was very good. It's a shame that no one at reception was able to help with these issues and management were nowhere to be found.
Horrible, do not go!!! Problems with every single room, air con not working, no hot water etc shitty service and for the price not worth it!! Just book a hotel or might as well stay home!! It's old and disgusting, the pictures do not show how bad it really is!!! Shouldve gotten a refund.... 0 stars if u could!!!!! Also no elevator we had to carry 20kg on stairs, HELL
