Eden Luxury Suites Terazije

I had an excellent stay at Eden Luxury Suites Terazije. The Junior Suite was spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal, with everything within walking distance — from historical sites to restaurants and cafés. The neighborhood is lively, but the room remains very well soundproofed. The staff were particularly welcoming and professional, always ready to answer my questions or recommend great places to visit. The only small downside: the elevator was out of order during my stay, and my room was on the 6th floor. That meant a few good workout sessions after my sightseeing days! However, the management immediately offered me a 20% discount on the room rate as compensation — a gesture I truly appreciated 👌

The room was good but the location of the place is above a club. We had to walk up 6 floors and encountered multiple cockroaches and lot’s of trash on the way up. There was also barely any light in the stairway right up until the floor of the “hotel”. It is also a place where woman who work in a certain business take their clients to stay in those rooms. They portray it to be a luxurious hotel but it is quite the opposite. Do yourself a favour and don’t come here.

The lift doesn't work in this apartment block there for 4 nights told it would be fixed never happened we were on the 7th floor, nightclubs on the first floor opens 11.00pm to 5.00am, hence the issue would be these people would have access to all apartment floors if the lift was working. Avoid all apartments in this building unless you like carrying your luggage up 5 to 7 floors as there is no assistance offered. Booking.com should remove from their site as the rating is totally incorrect, been told the lift never works, day before you arrive you get notification that the lift isn't working and waiting for service people to repair should be fixed in the next 24 hours never happens, so they offer 20% discount to clients. Should be 70% discount.
