Eden Roc Cap Cana

I just came back yesterday and had to share my experience at Eden Rock Cap Cana. This place is amazing. Top notch service from the moment you step into the lobby until the moment you leave. The staff truly cares about their patrons and it shows in the service. Jaime was the best concierge i have ever had. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. My only regret is not booking a longer stay.

I’ll start by saying my trip was planned and booked through my company, and they use a travel service. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were treated with nothing less than the highest quality and professional service. Chauffeur. Welcome staff for a tour and information on the resort. Everyone was helpful, and pleasant. My room was perfectly clean, gorgeous view overlooking the ocean, cutest welcome baskets. Eden Roc did an absolutely fabulous job coordinating our company events, and dinners. The food was delicious. The attention to detail was immaculate, truly. From the table settings, the music, the atmosphere. I’ve never seen such a clean beach! Seriously guys, Eden Roc Cap Cana was pure luxury and paradise. I will say, there isn’t much to do at the resort besides lounging, drinking, and eating to your hearts desire so be sure to find some fun stuff to do during your stay. I went on a boat cruise, and then another day I did horse riding/swimming. It was incredible!

Just wrapped a 4 night stay here. We extended because we had such an amazing time. We stayed in a beachfront bungalow after being up in a villa by the golf course. The beachfront villa is a much more rustic vibe but to be on the cliff over the ocean like that was amazing. We listened to the waves crash all night. We had the most amazing butler- Melvin. 6 star service. Location is spectacular. Would love to come back with our kids next time. Thank you Melvin, Sergio, and the Eden Roc crew for an amazing trip!
