Eden Rock Resort

Stayed here for my birthday weekend. A haven of relaxation in the hills above Florence. Stunning views, beautiful garden- pool area with smells of jasmine in the air. Helpful- friendly staff with excellent English. Plentiful and varied breakfast with excellent coffee- fabulous cocktails from lovely Dario. We managed to use the buses to get in and out of Florence- very cheap €1.70 for 90 mins travel on bus and tram. We did use taxis as well due to rural location. Highly recommend 👍

We chosen to celebrate my 40th birthday at eden rock resort. It did not disappoint it was a beautiful, the pictures on love holidays did not do it justice. The gardens, the pool and dining area are lovely and made it a really special stay. It has breath-taking views over the city. We stayed in a deluxe suite and it had a well stocked mini bar at very reasonable prices, a free nespresso machine and tea bags, kitchen and dining area, large living room overlooking the beautiful tuscan terraces a lovely bedroom and bathroom with nice toiletries everything you need and more. The service we received from every member of staff could not be faulted. The hotel is 5 kilometres from the center but There is a regular bus service every half hour that takes you into liberta the no 25 from there you can get trams to all over the city. We were breakfast only and there was a vast selection of continental breakfast and a good selection of hot breakfast if you wish. We ate at the restaurant on the first night and enjoyed our meal and had a late lunch of pizza before heading into Florence sightseeing. Thanks to all the staff Matthew and Samantha

I highly recommend this hotel/resort! Firstly the staff were amazing, going above and beyond for me and my partner. Daniele in particular helped me with directions to the resort from Pisa airport, sent me so many recommendations of what to do in and around Florence and finally, it was a trip for my fiancé's 30th and she decorated the room and we had a bottle of Chardonnay - overall the staff are so lovely, polite, patient and accommodating. The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious and perfect for what we needed. The food was tasty and good breakfast selection. The location was perfect, 20 min bus journey into Florence city or a 10 min taxi drive which costed between 15-20 euros. If we ever come to Florence again, we will be staying here for sure! Had the best time and these guys made it extra special! Thanks again, Emily & Ryan x
