Edgewater Resort by Book That Condo

Edgewater Villa #1001. Beautiful village, well maintained and in a superb location for the price. Our condo is very well appointed and roomy (1254sqf). One terrible downfall is the false advertising and poor comfort of the beds in the second bedroom. Advertised as 2 x queens, and they are barely 2 x twins, plus terribly uncomfortable. They are hard with springs that bite. If it were a room of young kids sleeping in the beds, you'd be OK... So besides the sleep-little nights, the place is very nice!

We were not prepared for such a long walk to the beach, but it was fine. The villas are actually across the street via an over the highway walkway. It's an older complex. It was fine for us. There were small pools for each section of the complex. There was one large slight heated outdoor pool. There were several tennis and pickleball courts and a very busy single basketball hoop. Each condo is individually owned and rented out. There are many options. In front of each side road is a golf cart pick up to hitch a ride to the beach.

Paid over $1000.00, Left Villa emmaculately clean, received Additional Charge for every Wrist Band, nothing is right about this, extremely unsanitary during continued COVID Times, I thought they looked previously used. Cannot Ethically or Morally recommend to Anyone under any circumstances :( Military and Civil Service Customer's, Never Again! 100% Dissatisfied......
