One of the very best experiences I have had in a hotel. Good water pressure, nice breakfast and comfortable beds. We were a group of 12 people on an Erasmus grant, and the service was impecable. Mehmet has been very helpful and kind. We are grateful for his patience and nice conversation. He helped us contact the transfer and gave us good advice on the city.

I recommend looking at Google maps before deciding this hotel. It's walking distance close to the mosque areas surrounded by good multi cuisine restaurants. The rooms are smaller than the photos and the bathrooms are really small. Worth it only if you don't have any other alternative and they are expensive per night. The bathrooms usually had one or the other thing broken and would be fixed on time. The front desk staff (Burack & Saifuddin) are indeed very helpful and can guide you on many things. No iron or microwaves in the rooms. Standard mediterranean breakfast with tiny tables. Generally things you find in this place are typically expensive.

What a bad experience!! If you want to enjoy your trip to Istanbul, then better avoid this hotel. Our connected rooms had a sewer-like odor, so the next day (after back and forth), we were assigned another room. Despite it being April, the hotel only offers heating—no fans or air conditioning. We had to open the windows to cool the room, but the street noise made sleeping impossible. Eventually, we moved to another hotel, even though we had prepaid for two non-refundable nights. Save your money—there are plenty of better options nearby.
