The best place to stay in Mexico City!! Recommended!

Book at your peril! We stayed here for 4 nights in the penthouse suite. The apartment was extremely hot and the air con unit provided was not sufficient to cool the entire apartment. The bedroom itself had no direct air con, so the 4 nights we stayed here were completely sleepless due to the heat. We couldn’t open any windows at night due to mosquitos in the evening. The bathroom situated next to the bedroom stunk of sewerage and leaving the door open meant the whole apartment would stink The WiFi didn’t reach the bedroom and for the last day or so didn’t work at all. The sofa is uncomfortable and for looks purposes only. If you are looking for an apartment to relax in when you’re not seeing the city, book somewhere else. There is no one on site to help. The contact was as helpful as she could be over text message but none of our issues were resolved while we stayed. We payed a premium price for a very hot uncomfortable and sleepless stay. Not the introduction to Mexico City I would have hoped for. On a positive note, the apartment is in a good area.

I booked a room at Deco Housing via Expedia. I showed up to the property and the doors were locked and the phone number posted by the doorbell didn't work. The people at the neighboring coffee shop helped me contact Deco Housing and I soon realized they didn't have a room available for me. It was 10pm at night and an awful experience to show up in Mexico City with no hotel room. Don't recommend if you want a dependable booking or good service.
