Edsa Shangri La Manila

The room was modern and had a welcoming vibe that made us feel instantly comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive—quick to respond when we asked for the welcome bread, extra amenities, and even helped with a lost keycard. While the room setup missed a few details—like amenities for three guests and uncovered waste bins both in the room and the bathroom—the team handled everything with care and professionalism. Their service made us feel truly valued. We’d happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

From the moment you arrive, until checkout, the whole staff if very friendly & always happy to help. In my humble opinion, best hotel in Metro Manila. They helped us during the pandemic, when no other hotel in Manila would. We will always be greatful. They're more than a hotel, they have become great friends. Thank you for all you have done.

The property was overall better and smells like new and constantly upgraded in the past. It seems like it’s doing well. Always fully booked and restaurants are full. But it is neglected .. not up to par the way I’m used to seeing it well managed and taken cared of in the past. Breakfast buffet could be better. There is a lot of room for improvement on its selections and quality these days. It was better in the past.. like years ago. Service staff were amazing and 5 star as always
