Rooms are small but nice and updated. Unlike what it is said in other reviews, there is digital temperature control in the room. Breakfast was nice. Is great to have good cowork space in the hotel.
the hotel is clean, with a decent breakfast. the staff at the reception are helpful and you're always greeted by a smile by the door man. The room layouts are a bit small unless you request a room with a balcony, and some rooms have a loud AC motor, which you can get used to. overall good hotel and location is excellent walking distance to most places like San Telmo market and Florida street, while being in a quiet neighborhood.
The reception does not make you feel welcomed. It felt more as if I was an inconvenience for them vs as a guest. It was so uncomfortable to the point I was afraid to even ask a simple question. The hotel is beautiful but wouldn't stay here again due to the service received.
