The most disturbing issue was the black flies. I was shocked when I went down for breakfast. All the breakfast food was out in the open. There were no lids or film on them. All the flies were on the food. Not just one or two, but dozens. They're not letting you rest while you're eating, that's another thing. But how does a business not take any precautions? Are we living in India? Who knows what's going on in the kitchen while they're preparing? I mentioned this to the staff yesterday. I encountered the same situation again today. The municipality is to blame, that's another story. But can't such a disinterested hotel management find a solution to such a problem? The hotel is also mediocre. Don't get your expectations high just because it's a thermal hotel. You fill the bathtub in your room, and the bathroom floor is flooded and leaking. They advertised it as a spa, which is quite impressive. There's a Turkish bath downstairs. There's no massage, no scrub, no treatment, no staff, nothing. You'll have to go down and hang out on your own. In short, lower your expectations and come.
