Ege Palas Business Hotel

The rooms are spacious and bright, providing a comfortable and airy atmosphere. The bathroom is also large, well-equipped, and very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. You can take a short walk to the beach, enjoy the nearby restaurants and bars, or shop at the surrounding stores. The staff was polite and respectful, making the overall experience even better. The room service was good, and the lady who came to clean the rooms was very friendly, detail-oriented, and patient in her work. The hotel breakfast was good, with a decent variety to suit different tastes. Additionally, the hotel’s dining area offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, combining comfort, great service, and a fantastic location!

The hotel where I stayed for 4 nights due to a business trip. The balcony in the sea-facing rooms and the endless sea view are magnificent. The rooms are spacious and airy, with a design dominated by wooden furniture. The service staff and reception personnel are very helpful and friendly, but I would like to give a special mention to Ms. Yağmur at the reception... I can confidently say she is the best customer service and reception officer I have ever met. If I really have to find something to criticize, it would be that since the hotel is located in the heart of Alsancak, you might hear music until late at night, especially on weekends. Thank you so much for hosting me and treating me so wonderfully during every trip to Izmir. Looking forward to seeing you again.

This was my 4th time that I stayed at this hotel. Rooms are good, but this time toilet was smelling bad. 😒 Breakfast was good. The staff were kind and helpful. Location of the hotel is great. Also, parking lot is available which is crucial for this district. Next time again I’ll stay here 🙂
