Hotel is nice, cute, and clean. Despite of being in the middle of neighbourhood, it's pretty calm ambience. Staffs are friendly, caring, and helpful. They always greet us nicely. They served breakfast according to our portions, but if you want something more, they will give you as long as you ask for it. It doesn't look as big as on internet, but we are satisfied with whatever we got here. Still above our expectations. Definitely 1 of the best hotel I ever visited in Turkey.

Buse's welcome at the reception was very friendly. Her explanations and instructions were in English and clear. My room was big and very clean with a comfortable bed, a nice spacious bathroom and a balcony. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood near the bus station (otogar). Town center, port, restaurants and the ferry to Chios are within walking distance. In the morning an excellent Turkish breakfast is served with a variety of cheese, sausage, jam, chocolate spread, omelette, fresh salad, bread and coffee and tea. This hotel could also have a five-star rating and is highly recommended! Definitely will come back here! Thank you very much for your great service Buse and colleagues!

About 2 years ago I went there with high expectations because their online pictures looked great. Sadly though I was dissapointed as my room was very low quality and did not match the online pictures at all. The walls had cracks in them; the beds squeaked a lot and the bathroom was in a very poor condition. All rooms are different and some Turkish friends that were with me got much better ones, so I guess just because I am a tourist they gave me a worse one, but unfortunately I can not prove that. Besides this issue the pool and restaurant were fine, but its location is very inconvenient. In order to get to the sea or the city's most popular spots you have to manuever for quite a while through narrow streets where cars often pass and you have to stop and wait for them.
