Eisenhut Boutique Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here, we booked before the renovations were complete so it was a risk, but no regrets at all and would definitely stay again. The breakfast was particularly delicious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable 10/10 The hotel is in the perfect location in the city for exploring Bolzano, and easy access to either the north of Italy or the Dolomites. An added bonus we found out about when checking in was being given the 'Bolzano card' for free as part of our booking, making travel around South Tirol free and easy.

We were in Dolomites and after a long day on the mountain we were settling in Bolzano for one night before we headed back to Milan. The hotel is modern and well designed. It is a boutique hotel so they are not really big in size and manpower. They are regularly good in all sense but the following experience to us is highly remarkable. So after we checked out we find out that our camera was left in the room. We call the front desk and get confirmation about it. The team is very kind in supporting us to get it back. They call UPS, assist us with all the complicated payment and so on. Very special thanks to Sylvia and Sofie who really supporting customer by heart. I wish I could treat you a nice pizza! :) Otherwise, Bolzano is a nice little town and there is a good restaurant just next to the hotel. Their pizza is great and the lady in the bar is helpful and nice. Stayed on: early Jul 2025 Remark: Despite all the effort by the team, we havent got our camera back due to the lack of commitment of UPS which delayed again and again for such a simple delivery. Sad.

Lovely modern recently opened hotel, very helpful staff provided good recommendations. Good gym.
