An incredibly nice and romantic hotel right in the center of Rothenburg. We had booked a superior double room, and the room was beautifully decorated and they have retained the historic style. Nice staff. The breakfast was good and the dinner in the restaurant was fantastic. The parking the hotel offers is a public parking lot 5-10 min walk from the hotel, and costs 6 euros per day.
The town is magical, and this hotel fits right in. The lobby feels like stepping back in time. Our room, while modest in size, was incredibly charming with a window that overlooked the valley on the outside of the town. The staff was incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. The location can’t be beat. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rothenburg.
A fantastic stay for our last minute booking. We thought the price was good, and then heard in Rock Steve’s online audio tour that this was the premier place to stay here! The staff helped us create an amazing experience of wine and pizza on the balcony where we enjoyed a fabulous view. 100% would stay here again and wouldn’t change a thing.
