I had my engagement ceremony at Hotel Bliss in Tirupati, and it was a wonderful experience. The arrangements were well-handled, the banquet hall was clean and elegant, and the staff was very supportive throughout the event. The food was delicious and appreciated by all our guests. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I’m really happy we chose this venue for such a special occasion. Highly recommend for events and stays in Tirupati!
Had a lovely stay at Ekante Bliss. The location was perfect and peaceful, with a beautiful view from the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and most of the staff were courteous, though one was not as helpful. Breakfast could've been better, and the swimming pool was a letdown. There was also a vomit stain on the sofa which didn’t look as cool as other areas. Still, overall it was an enjoyable stay, and I’d return for the location and ambiance.

From the moment we checked in to our departure, the service was consistently poor, and we encountered several highly unprofessional situations. The issues began at check-in and continued throughout our visit. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making for a very unwelcoming experience. However, the most egregious incident occurred regarding the breakfast buffet. We were charged an additional fee for the buffet without our consent or prior knowledge. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, their response was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. The dismissive and disrespectful attitude we received during this conversation was completely unacceptable and made a difficult situation much worse. The lack of communication, the unauthorized charge, and the rude behavior of your staff are a serious reflection on your hotel's standards. This level of service is simply not what one expects from a reputable establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these significant issues with your team.
