Great value for money. Rooms are older, but clean enough. They are not run down or dirty. Smoking is alowed in rooms. Internet works very good. There is a 24/7 indoor swimming pool included in price as well as breakfast, which is a very good for a a downtime after stressful day of meetings and conferences. The water is clean and of good temperature. Sauna available. If you are in Tirana for bussiness, conference, or alike it is next to a major highway and easily accessible to downtown. It is remarkably quiet for a next to a highway location. No problems with parking. Not very busy, always lots of rooms available. Great discounts for walk in cash clients. For 30-35 eur great bang for a buck for bussiness people for couple if days jn Tirana. Also family friendly, locals use the swimming pool, no sketchy types around. Suitable for a family on a road trip for a day or two. There is an outdoor pool as well. Staff is welcoming and friendly, but in a typical Balkan way - they are quiet, invisible, at your service and they let you be. If you ask for something they will help above and beyond. I liked it. Fake grins are just not popular in this part of the world which is not lack of enthusiasm. Tipping goes a long way.

1) They employ daily staff sometimes that takes more money than the actual price for the entrance to the pool. From my personal experience it took me 3 hours of debating to get my money back from them. 2) The pool's water does not look hygienic at all. 3) 7 euros for a margarita pizza, and 2 euros for a coffee is nuts for Tirana standards. Not a good value for the quality. 4) one of the stairs, which is used to enter the pool is broken, therefore I had a cut on my leg because of it. Overall DO NOT recommend.

Hotel dirty. Didn't shower as shower head mouldy. Only 1 of 5 lights in room worked. Bed lumpy. Overall bad smell. Facilities poor. No food options in day (not that I would have eaten here) serves breakfast but wouldnt recommend. Staff un interested and had sold my friends room on arrival which she booked 3 months ago!!! Poor location. Rename Bates Motel and make it a 'experience a terrible 70s themed hotel' for higher expectation.
