Excellent hostel, much nicer than I’ve stayed in before. Had the 6 dorm as a family of 5, beds were comfy for adults and the teens thought it was all great fun having bunks in the walls! Very clean, communal area very nice.
I could not be more thankful to this hotel and the reception personal! I got unfortunately very sick my last day and the receptionist was very attentive and caring and tried to help as much as possible, the fact that I could extend my check out till 1PM was really a blessing! SO CONGRANTS FOR HAVING SUCH A FANTASTIC AND ATTENTIVE TEAM! Now about the hotel: I came as a solo traveller to go to Disney and I found this place perfect for what I needed, a clean place to sleep and shower literally 15min with the Bus that leaves me directly from the door of Disneyland and brings me back immediately after the fireworks and also right next to the hotel (the bus stop is no more than 2 minutes) and for 2 EUR the price of the bus, makes it super affordable The room is SMALL but that is also mentioned in the webpage, so don't understand the complains about size when it clearly stipulates the size and the photos are exactly how the room looks. I stayed in the Single room, and I can say though if you are a tall and a little big you will find this room not comfortable, so book a bigger room. For me was perfect but I consider myself tiny. The bathroom I felt that if I stretch myself a little I could touch the shower door and the toilet, so that should give you a feeling of the space, once again the shower is small so for someone that is considered tall and big this is not the room for you - The place HAS AN ELEVATOR - THEY SPEAK ENGLISH, just do not expect the fluent American British English, but there is always someone supporting. - They offer to storage your luggage for free before you check in so you can drop your bag there and go to the park immediately - Parking was available and I think for free too - The place gets noise because a lot of people stay in but TBH I didn't heard anyone during my 3 nights stay, only in the morning listening to the kids running pass my room - Breakfast is limited but what do you expect for 12EUR, it has bread selections, cheese selections and ham selections as well as available fruits - At around 3PM which it is check-in time gets very busy in the lobby with a lot of people, since the hotel is a small hotel, the reception gets busy (DO NOT EXPECT A HILTON HOTEL STYLE RECEPTION, it is 1 desk and 1 person doing the work here) so plan to arrive later or come earlier and pay to check in at 1PM (8EUR will not break your bank and will make you more comfortable) Now the best part is what you get for the money, this hotel is clearly a deal if you are visiting DLP and you only care about sleeping and showering in a clean environment, do not expect luxury and if your idea is to hang out in the room, this is not the right place (the room I got had only 1 window so felt a little claustrophobic when I closed the curtains to make it pitch black). I went to the park very early morning and came after the fireworks, and 2 times came back in the afternoon to bring my purchases to the room so I do not carry them all day long, take a shower and change to something more warm and comfortable for the evening and due to the proximity it was just perfect! I will definitely will stay here again, it is really a deal and all the extra amenities like early check-in and late check out options you can pay for (and will not break your bank, it was literally 8EUR) makes this place great.
Be aware of several websites (such as Booking) where it is stated they serve a glutenfree breakfast buffet here! They offered a small chocolate cake from the back and stated that I could grab an apple and a coffee. That is no buffet or breakfast at all. Furthermore ideal if you just need the bare minimum after a couple of days in Disney.
