Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the grand and welcoming lobby. The staff at the reception were warm, courteous, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities needed for comfort, from high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV to a plush bed and a work desk. The bathroom was immaculate, with quality toiletries and a constant supply of hot water. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, which ensured that everything was spotless each day. Dining at Eko Hotel & Suites was another highlight. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants and bars, each with its own charm. I had the opportunity to enjoy both local Nigerian dishes and international cuisine, all prepared with great care and served in generous portions. The breakfast buffet was especially delightful, offering a wide range of fresh and tasty options. The hotel’s facilities are world-class. I visited the swimming pool area, which was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. The gym is equipped with modern exercise machines for guests who wish to keep up with their fitness routine. Additionally, the hotel’s event and conference spaces are impressive, making it an ideal venue for both corporate and social gatherings. One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was the level of customer service. Every staff member I encountered was attentive and eager to assist, from the concierge to the restaurant servers. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure guests felt valued and comfortable. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It combines luxury, comfort, and top-notch service in a way that makes every guest feel special. Whether for business, leisure, or special events, it remains one of the best hospitality destinations in Lagos. I left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning soon.

I attended a conference at Eko hotel and unfortunately spilled tea all over my trousers shortly before a speaking engagement. The entire front desk management team was extremely kind, offering me a room to wait in while my clothes were laundered and restored in just 30 minutes at no charge! It was a wonderful example of creating a great customer experience out of a challenging situation - thank you!
