El Andalous Lounge & Spa Hotel

A great hotel in a terrific location. Great value for the price. It’s not five star but it has atmosphere, a great pool and lovely Moroccan decor. Your experience at reception can be hit or miss, depending on who’s working and the elevator is slow. Overall, it’s great value and I would certainly stay there again

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The daily breakfast and dinner at الوجبات Horaires des Repas were a highlight of our stay—the food was absolutely delicious, with an impressive variety that beautifully showcased authentic Moroccan flavors. The dining team was exceptional. A special thank you to Karim, Hassan, and Safi, whose warm smiles, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness made every meal feel extra special. Their attention to detail and kindness turned our dining moments into heartwarming memories. Out of all the hotels we stayed in during our 10-day trip across Morocco, this one offered the best and most delicious Moroccan spread. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great food and heartfelt hospitality!

We stayed at this hotel from 21 July- 30th July 2025, room service were awful, if you call them to ask for something as little as warm water they take over an hour and even then you have to keep chasing them. My AC didn’t work properly in my room, so I constantly had to keep calling room service to send an engineer out, be warned you could be stuck in a warm room for while before they come to fix the issue. They always say we will send someone right away or in two minutes this means at least an hour. Room cleaners stole money from my man bag I had 1400DH left in my bag I left it on the table as I went to the pool 2 hours, in that time room cleaners came in to clean and they took out 400DH from my bag. I instantly complained but unfortunately nothing could be done about it as of course we don’t have cctv. Breakfast was very basic but okay. The pools were the best part of the hotel. Our rooms were spacious but had ants. The room cleaners stole money from my bag which had made my experience awful with this hotel.
