Unfortunately,we didn't have a good experience. The hotel is very outdated and rooms are nothing like we expected. Walls let the sound from other guests into your room, making it very unpleasant. The staff rarely smiles and people run around the food hall was if they don't know exactly what to do. Speaking of food...(More disappointment) - Rooms are full of blemishes, there is simply zero personal touch, zero decoration, and nothing that makes one feel comfortable or welcome here. We came for a wedding and needed an iron. No iron. No hair dryer, no nothing. For an All-inclusive experience, this was the worse. The only thing generous was the outside, generously, and freely provided by Mother Nature.
Bad experience altogether. Warning! The room was fine and the premises are good, but I went two different times and on both I got food poisoning. Completely unacceptable. I had to stop eating the hotel’s food even though we had an all inclusive stay because I couldn’t do anything else besides staying in my room and puking my guts out. Never again I want to go back to this place. I actually had to spend more money to buy medicine and food outside of the hotel so I could eat something that wouldn’t make me pass out. STAY AWAY!
This a solid 1 star Hotel. There are so many things wrong with this hotel for the amount you pay. I don’t know how it got higher than 2 stars. Must be the view that’s all. Let me start with the few positives. The view from our room is very nice. You can see the green water along with the palm trees that make for really nice photos from the comfort of your room. They also had a decent breakfast buffet every morning which was nice. Access to the beach was great as it’s private and the swimming pool is a decent size as well. Now as for the negatives. As soon as we checked in, we were told that there was no WiFi in the room. You have to go the lobby to get Internet. Secondly, the room itself was very old and falling apart. All of the mirrors had black spots on them and the sliding balcony door lock was broken and fell out so the balcony door wouldn’t completely shut. Third, the hot water shower knob fell off and wouldn’t stay into place. And finally the toilet bowl was leaking as well. We did mention the balcony door to the hotel staff but it was not fixed. If you’re going to charge people a lot of money for a hotel at least fix the rooms. Overall I would not stay here again if I came back to Natal. I’d choose a different hotel even if it is a little further away from the beach.
