We LOVED this place. We initially reserved just one night, but ended up many days since we like it so much! All the people working there are awesome and the restaurant was delicious!
Our room does not deserve 5 stars. It s dark, everything is old. The hotel is clean but our room (don t know for the others) really needs to be renovated see photos. Very bad smell of humidity in the room. The lobby and the swimming pool are correct. The breakfast is way too expensive for the quality. Some employees were very helpful and polite some others not (bad experience for the breakfast).
Only good things are location and the AC. Dirty toilet on arrival, the people above me were SO LOUD all morning and afternoon but security “didn’t hear it” and refused to change rooms. No mini fridge or coffee maker in the room. Not a 5 star hotel experience. Should be 2-3 star.
