A well done conference, I always enjoy EC. The views, the service, the cleanliness is on point, communication is very good and it's an easy drive. Even staying at the bottom of the hill is great, helps get my steps in while enjoying the scenery. Thank you for a great stay.

Our room was fresh & clean. Easy parking (I believe it was "B" area) mainly went for kids to swim after a long week. I thought room mentioned "pull out sofa" but there wasn't one. Im a local & It's a nice little getaway for the whole family to enjoy. The kids enjoyed the slide. I believe there's an "adult pool" so I can see how it would be a bit romantic since you're able to have dinner at restaurant there. I love that there's a balcony to take in the view!

The staff were very friendly. That was the highlight of the stay. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff to those out at the pool everyone had a smile and was very polite and happy to assist. Unfortunately that’s where it ended. When trying to use the pool there were zero towels available, no shade available and the water had a white film that covered the entire length of the pool. No one was enforcing the 16 and up pool area so if adults wanted to get away there was kids in the adult area. Couples and families had to set up portable shad structures and wheel out their own coolers and set them up on the lawn near the pool just to get shade. Guests were bringing out towels from their rooms to use. The facilities were nice in the lobby but after that it went down hill. Every hall inside building 1 and 2 had a heavy odor of marijuana that couldn’t be escaped. The rooms themselves were good. The bathroom in 1303 showed obvious signs of water damage with the door peeling and flaking at the bottom. Across the room on every baseboard and ceiling trim there was mold that was painted over but starting to regrow. We left a day early due to a personal emergency and frankly I’m glad we did so. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was similar to going on a Carnival Cruise.
