We had to stay here for a few days after being displaced by a fire. The rooms were very spacious, they were more so suites rather than standard hotel rooms. The water pressure was great and the air worked fine as well. The price point was good, the room service was great as well as the price point. I dined at the breakfast buffet on the second floor and it was traditional Mexican breakfast with eggs, chilaquiles and much more with an entire assortment of fresh fruits. It also included yogurts, cereal, coffee and tea. I chose the chamomile tea which was great. For room service we at the steak with mash and veggies. Didn’t love the mash, but will a bit of salsa and salt/pepper it did the trick. The steak was great. For lunch we ordered chicken tacos (they came wrapped like taquitos) and they were amazing, I ordered the club sandwich which came with chicken, turkey, lettuce and veggies with fries on the side There’s a restaurant next door as well as several local restaurants within a 2 min walk. There’s huge park across the street that has a large playground for kids, and is so scenic making a perfect setting for a romantic or relaxing walk with your partner or friends. It was so green and lovely. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

STAY AWAY BIO HAZARD ROOMS WITH USED MEDICAL ITEMS LEFT ON BATHROOM. On April 3, I checked into the hotel and was informed that there were no suites available, despite having a confirmed suite reservation made on February 18. The receptionist offered me a standard room, which I accepted, and assigned me room R4. Upon entering the room, I discovered an extremely unpleasant odor in the bathroom and a medical bag, similar to an IV or intestinal lavage bag, hanging in the shower. It appeared to have been used for some procedure in the room. I immediately took a photo and returned to the front desk to report the problem. The same receptionist informed me that I would still have a suite, but that she would have to charge me the difference in price. I accepted, and was assigned room 209. The suite was not remodeled, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. The next day, I went back to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms, and the same person from the day before told me that nothing was clean and that I couldn't move. My stay at the hotel was very unsatisfactory. I am shocked by the lack of training and professionalism of the front desk staff, who did not apologize or offer an adequate solution to my problems. I have stayed with you numerous times in the past and have always received the best care and service. In September 2024, we even stayed with family in two suites, and the stay was unbeatable. Stay away from this hotel, I sent an email to the reservations department that was never responded. Everything was great until Housekeeping steal things. i reported police already. Hotel is not responsible nor helpful at all.
