The hotel was very nice and their breakfast buffet was good. Specially the waiter that took care of us (Diego?) He was there on Tuesday n Thursday. He was very courteous and tentative and he even made a special drink for us on our last day of our stay.
Great location, somewhat expensive for what it is. Rooms clean and comfortable if a bit dated. Service and staff generally good and friendly. The lift is a bit annoying however, and occasionally the water from the shower stops, possibly due to demand, but nonetheless not the best experience. Good breakfast options too
Pros: clean rooms. Great location. Cons: rooms do NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! In order to cool your room (not a whole lot), you have to keep your windows OPEN. THIS MEANS VERY NOISY STREET SOUNDS. The hotel’s breakfast is below average. Breakfast is RICE AND GUATITA, plantains with eggs/cheese (yum), toast, bacon, omelette made upon request. Coffee is not that good. While eating our breakfast, we were solicited by a homeless person for money. Then they are closed until Lunch at 12:30.
