El Dorado Maroma Spa Resort All Inclusive

Me and my wife had an amazing time at the resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was top tier and the resort itself was nothing short amazing. Our room was upgraded to the honeymoon suite and it was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness of the entire facility was top tier and the entertainment staff were extremely inviting and friendly. Only minor crititique was amount of seaweed build-up, but we understand that is out of the staffs control. It was maintained to the best of their abilities. Will highly recommend this resort to friends and family.

Our group was blown away by everything about this trip. The property, staff, and amenities were all exceptional. We are already planning a return trip. We had never stayed at this resort but we were all so happy with every aspect of the trip. You are greeted with a cold towel and a lovely cocktail to sip on during the check in process. Our bags were delivered promptly upon check in and we immediately went to the pool. The resort is small and intimate but you never feel anything but relaxation. It was never a problem to get a chair by the pool or a cabana on the beach. The beach is by far the best I have experienced in Mexico. The sand was well maintained and super soft. There was very little seaweed and you could wade out because there was no surf. The service was top notch and all of the staff were exceptional. I can't recommend this place enough for a couple or in our case a group of friends. I hope you all love it as much as we did!

Went in July with my wife. Absolutely amazing resort full of wonderful people. Carlos at the swim up bar mixed fantastic drinks. Gustavo helped me navigate locally made Mexican liquors. Arturo was super friendly and attentive at our meals. We were provided excellent service by everyone. Marlon, the entertainment manager, was amazing. He made us feel right at home and offered us plenty of fruitful activities. I would absolutely stay here again.
