El Duque

Today we returned from our 10 days all inclusive family holiday and I would like to give my sincere feedback on this hotel. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Cleaners come in every day changing towels, filling up toilet paper and also clean the apartment. Beds are very comfortable, wardrobes spacious with plenty of hangers. You also have a free safe to keep your passports etc. safe. We stayed in a studio apartment and I was very pleased with it . I had the ocean view and a nice little balcony to chill outside in the evenings 😊 Service - every single member of staff works very hard to keep up a good standard, making sure everyone is happy and comfortable. They always have a big smile on their face and welcome you no matter if it's morning or evening. A big shout out to the entertainment staff keeping adults and children entertained throughout the day 😊 Location - the hotel is located in a very good area with a short distance walk to shops, bars, beach etc... There is a shopping centre right on the front of the hotel, I found that very convenient. Food - Food was good and freshly cooked every day. There's plenty of choices and a good variety of everything. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Tenerife with family. If I return, I will be definitely visiting this hotel again 😊

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. Room big. Pool area nice. All inclusive very good (but still all inclusive) always something to have. Only downside is they take wrist band when checking out, we had another 8 hours before being picked up, seemed a little petty especially with small kids

Fantastic location and staff are brilliant rooms are spacious and cater for everything. We stayed in a superior self catering apartment and everything was perfect apart of small infestation of ants in the kitchen. Not what you expect in a 4 star hotel. Sadly it was a huge letdown especially when you are trying to cook and store food in a place over run by ants. 😡
