My husband and I visited the Roof Top Bar at El Fenn early afternoon in 47 degree heat were immediately impressed by the welcoming professional staff and opulent surroundings with fabulous views overlooking the Medina. The staff member went out of his way to show me around, the pool area for hotel patrons and the view of the hotel from the rooftop. He was so nice and all the staff are a credit to the establishment. We stayed for a few drinks and also served 'nibbles' which was a lovely touch. I visited here as wanted to see what it was like before returning to Marrakesh later on in the year for a special occasion and this has firmly confirmed El Fenn will be the place we book for evening meals and watch the sunset in November. What a place! Can't wait to return. Thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews that often, but I felt this one needed a bit of balance. The atmosphere of the club is genuinely amazing — beautifully done, great music, really a place you want to love. But the service was extremely disappointing. On my last visit, I had to walk to the bar for every little order or change — it felt like I was being purposely ignored. Some items from the food order were missing, portions were small, and the prices felt unjustified. On top of that, when I gave a tip, the bartender gave me a look like it wasn’t enough — only for me to realize later there was already a nearly 10% service charge included. That made the whole interaction feel awkward and off. At the end, they even asked if the service was great. Honestly, it wasn’t. In short: beautiful venue, but the service really needs work. Maybe I caught them on a bad day — but this was my experience.

a bit overhyped. The view is nice, but the overall experience didn’t match the price. We only had two main dishes, one dessert, and soft drinks—no starters and no alcohol—and still ended up paying quite a lot. The value for money just isn’t there in my opinion. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow. We waited a full hour for our main dishes, and then another 45 minutes for desserts
