El Hayat Sharm Hotel

I am from Kazakhstan. I was so excited when first came here. I was adore your design of Hotel.It is so original. Your personal is always supported us and helped everywhere . Animators are always smile and positive. And the most I liked food . The food is proper nutrition. And always in time. It’s good especially for people who has problems with health . And the cost of hotel very cheap I enjoyed every moment here! I wish u become even better!! With love from Shymkent!!

📌This is probably my longest and most detailed hotel review ever here on Google Maps :) I came here intrigued by so different Sharm el Sheikh hotel reviews and I feel like this is my duty to describe this hotel as detailed, as possible. ⚠️Do not go here if you expecting four-five stars (European) hotel for a price of as little as 3 stars hotel. Absolutely choose El Hayat if you expect “just good” all inclusive package at a reasonable price. 𓀀 Hotel rating. One should remember, that in Europe it would be just a strong 3* hotel. What’s interesting, some of the facilities definitely deserve five stars. 𓁘 All inclusive vs. prices. This is probably one of the cheapest hotels in its category (at least since we are looking at the hotels in Dahab offering the all-inclusive package). Do a research and compare it with Sharm el Sheikh hotels listings on Booking.com, TripAdvisor or, say, Kayak. The meals are really ok. Breakfast should be a bit more slashing, though. The beverages are “just ok”, however normal (not instant) coffee, green tea and zero sugar cola are a must. Water. I expected 2 bottles a day, but I was offered just 1 welcome bottle. Well – at least the coolers are literally everywhere and you can drink as much water, as you wish =) 𓀻 Beach. The only thing that was a bit embarrassing. There are 2 free beach shuttles a day (①09:30, return at 13:15; ②14:15, return at 16:45). You even get a free voucher for a soft drink at the Nabq Beach). However the public beach offered is almost not usable in January and February due to the natural reasons). If you come to hotel El Hyatt Szarm El Szejk choose Farsha cafe&beach, pay those several dollars and feel the real coral beach! Or choose other more expensive sharm el sheikh hotels placed in the first line and also offering all inclusive with e.g. aqua park on premises. 🅟🅡🅞🅢 ✅ Really great value for money. ✅ Huge terraces and garden views in most of the rooms offered. ✅ Express check-in/check-out. ✅ Free wi-fi in the lobby. Working without any interruptions, as it should work (something not so common even in the best Egyptian hotels) ✅ Friendly and absolutely helpful staff. Special thanks for Mohammed from the lobby bar! ✅ Cleanliness ✅ Comfort. Lack of noise ✅ Sun umbrellas, loungers and beach towels near the pools are free of charge ✅ Shuttle service ✅ Great location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Nabq town (part of Sharm el Sheikh area). A pharmacy, two ATMs, gift shops, beer shops just nearby. Duty free (you have 48 h after the day of arrival to buy there), huge Metro grocery shop are located just several hundred meter away by foot. ✅ Security guards and CCTV everywhere ✅ Small safety deposit box in every room. Great for storing wallets+documents. Should you have laptop etc., you can use the safe boxes at the reception desk. ✅ Great facilities (3 pools, including the warm one; gym; spa salon; shisha corner) ✅ Huge internal supervised area (very good for nordic walking, yoga or walking) ✅ Truely international. The guests come from literally everywhere ✅ Air conditioning and heating systems without any additional charge ✅ Children television networks, outdoor play equipment for children, DVDs&music, board games and puzzles with no additional fee ✅ Good trilingual animation programme (🇺🇸🇺🇦🇷🇺) 🅒🅞🅝🅢 ⛔️ There should be normal meat (pastrami, veal ham or sausages) and yoghurts during the breakfast. ⛔️ Provide the guest with the clear information on the additional activities and explain how and when one can use them. ⛔️ Bring more attention to the small things like spare (backup) balls for volleyball or water-polo ⛔️ Make to Sekhmet beauty salon open 24/7, please. The facilities are great so it’s a non-sense to have it closed, especially it offers the full circle (steam rooms, saunas, a Jacuzzi, and a Turkish bath)! ⛔️ Rebuild the reception/lobby, since it’s quite depressive.

Really great hotel has so much potential. Nice views, good rooms and service and comfortable. Delicious food and good restaurant Need some maintenance. Not so good beach the hotel has no beach it prepares a bus every day the beach is not the hotel fault as all beaches at nabk is really bad Finally the hotel is marvellous need some concentration and some investment to be great five stars hotel
