Staff were brilliant especially the animation team (Scooby Max and Aladdin) rooms were adequate, (air con isn't brilliant especially in the small rooms, family room wasn't bad tho) breakfast isnt really what was expected, donuts, fried egg or omelette, or yogurt bread and honey. No cerial, wasn't a great deal of choice. Lunch and dinner was good tho. If you tip the staff they will give you priority over non tipping guests and have your drinks on your table for you before you sit to eat (waits can be long because it's busy if you don't tip) the hotel is situated pretty close to everything you need. Lots of activities to take part in, plenty of sun loungers. The club downstairs can be noisy depend where your room is. My room was fine but my mum had to sleep with the TV on to drown the noise out. Overall a brilliant holiday

1-lets start with positive has good swimming pool and. 3/5 on food stuff . Has nice room and big space and nice bars. 2-now let talk about real word The workers are present at night on 10/23/2023. The guards can swindle you, even the worker who works in passports. Even the owner had no problem when he knew that we were honest and they swindled us, meaning cheap people. 3=Finally, if you are going to rent it and you only eat, drink and sleep and you paid in advance and will not deal with money inside the hotel, then you are 80% safe. Other ways don't be an idiot

The worst hotel ever, food is crap, service is awful. Rooms are dirty, music is loud, you can not rest. Swimming pool is dirty. Inapropiate music for children ( alot of swearing).
