I came with my family for breakfast and the service was 10/10! 🤞 The food was excellent and the prices 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 were super good! I recommend coming with your families.
It needs maintenance and cleaning. The Laurel used to be an excellent hotel, but I visited it recently and it's forgotten: the pool is dirty, with the floor covered in green slime that gets on goggles, nails, and not to mention clothes. The wooden walkway around the pool has loose boards that cause tripping. The teepees with mats inside the pool are broken and dirty. The hallways are poorly cleaned. This time I saw insects in the room and in the hallway, which wasn't the case before. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I truly hope they return to the level they had as a boutique hotel. Take care of all those details that made them impeccable and unforgettable.
Total scam… only decent place in the hotel is the swimming pool and they kept the same song over and over again for a full day playing. Food is DISGUSTING, tuna was served FROZEN, French fries tasted of old used bad quality oil, we left after one night.
