Everything was okay. Staff is friendly. Decent size and clean rooms with electric heater. TV comes with a hardcopy printed channel guide which was useful. As the hotel is located in the centre, it was really noisy with loud music and people singing till past 1am. Perhaps there was a festival going on or could be a normal occurrence on weekends. Soon at 5am, noises of people leaving their rooms within the hotel were heard. Hardly having proper sleep. We got to have buffet lunch and breakfast at the hotel. I much preferred the buffet lunch as there was a wide variety. The breakfast was just normal like any other hotel in SA. They offer late check out but at an extra cost. Overall was a good stay just annoyed with the noise.

Location is good! The room and bathroom is extremely small. The toilet kept getting clogged! I booked twin but got a king. The reception staff is pretty bad!! Need to work on their hospitality for the amount they charge!! Zero flexibility on late check out when their hotel was practically empty and when we paid extra for late check out, their cleaning staff kept coming! Definitely not a 4 star hotel, the service was more like a 2 star!!

Modern well located hotel near train station. Offers breakfast, but it is chaotic early in the morning due to lack of seating assignment system. Walls are thin and it can be loud due to near bars music. During our stay all electricity twice failed during the night, and it was impossible to shower, pack or do anything in the dark. The hotel lacks emergency lights in their corridors and much less in the room. It was difficult to find a supervisor, and although she compensated us for the first black out with a courtesy entry to their sauna, hotel management refused to acknowledge the second black out.
