Best of all: Incredible views from your private balcony. Nice heated pool. Rooms are Clean although dated, full kitchenette and convenient location beside a supermarket to stock your shelves a week or two. Many good restaurants nearby. Kind and supportive sraff.

Very Disappointing Experience and Theft We stayed 4 nights at this property in Tenerife, and unfortunately, our experience was ruined by a theft from our apartment. While we were out, cash and a bank card were stolen, even though there were no signs of forced entry. Strangely, the theft happened right after the cleaning service had entered the room. When we reported the incident to reception, the staff responded casually, telling us the manager wasn’t available and that we should go to the police. The nearest station was closed, so we had to travel across town to another one. There, we waited for over two hours for a translator, all while trying to make it to our scheduled flight. Back at the hotel, we insisted on speaking to the manager, but we were told he was away participating in a surfing competition and would only return on Monday, after our departure. The staff showed no empathy or responsibility. It felt as though they treated the situation as something ordinary, even suggesting that thefts “can happen to anyone,” as if we were staying on the street. ❗️We strongly advise against staying at this hotel – the lack of security, professionalism, and basic customer support in serious situations is unacceptable.
