El Molino de las Palomas

This was the most enjoyable holiday in a wonderful location. The hosts greeted us on site and looked after us throughout our visit; they made us a delicious paella one day and organised a wine tour on another. They were a lovely family and the house has been lovingly crafted over many years. The pool and the grounds are absolutely stunning. The pool is enormous and we had soooo much fun. There is ample shade with the umbrellas and the seats were comfortable to sit in throughout the day. In the evening, there was lovely lighting and there were several different places in the garden to sit and chat. This is important if, like us, we were a big group of varying ages. There is freshwater on site and the water was divine. I will really miss being able to go and fill up a water bottle from a stream! The house was cool in temperature and ample for our needs - big fridges, good ovens, enough crockery and pans for a busy house. Every one of us - from hard working parents, to young professionals, and from verbose 20 somethings to 16-year old monosyllabic boys had a wonderful time - it is a flexible, idyllic house.

We stayed for 12 days in El Molino de la Palomas with a large family. We had access to the whole house. The house has everything you need during a vacation. We were here at the end of April at the beginning of May and the weather was beautiful so that we actually lived outside a lot. On the various terraces in or near the swimming pool or jacuzzi. The space is big enough for a group of people. We also made a lot of use of the petanque court. When we were there there was a heat wave, but the house remains nice and cool. We also experienced the tranquility around the house as very nice. No cars. In the middle of nature! Tap delicious water from the natural source. Also a wonderful starting point for various trips to nice places in the area (or a little further away). But also the walks in nature are recommended. We have experienced the contact during the holiday with Eleuterio (the owner) as very pleasant. Thanks again for the delicious Paella!!😋 This is a place we would all like to go again.

Excellent place to stay. Pool is big. Lots of outdoor space and indoor space. The owner is Excellent.
