I am with my family here amid our two-week vacation, and couldn't wait until I leave to share my experience. If you ask me "would you come back?" YES, YES, YES, every summer! If you care to know the reasons with photos, continue reading 👇🏾 (Will add more photos when I leave, too busy having fun now) * Update after 2 weeks home: still think the same and adding more photos 1- Staff: from the day we arrived, each and every hotel employee was extremely nice and helpful without showing any sign of asking for tips (this is more reason to tip them). They're just humble, smart, and friendly by nature. The man in the photo represents all of that in them ❤️ Reception, waiters, room service, animators... words are too little to describe them 🙌🏽 2- Beach and amenities: extremely clean and zero pollution, the sea is as clear as a swimming pool and pools have salty water which is way healthier than chlorine. Rooms are clean and taken care of. If you find a broken tile here or leaking tap, don't be a pain in the a**. Tip smbdy to fix that for you. For the value of money you paid, this place is really great. 3- Food and beverage: there's a plenty of that for everybody, from cooked healthy local food to junk and you can always find something to fill you. Just don't be greedy and fill your plates then leave food behind. I've seen a lot of ppl doing that. Control yourselves and your kids, and remember there are ppl dying of hunger. The only down part is the drinks, especially coffee, when you're a coffee addict like me. About cutlery, don't expect it to be shiny like at home. It's like every other restaurant especially on the beach. So either go re-wash and wipe or just don't be a wuss and go with the flow. Safety: the place is super safe, inside the hotel and outside it. Nobody will steal your stuff or try to rip you off. Nobody will get drunk or make trouble, the guests are mainly decent ppl. Locals are very humble ppl with a lot of dignity and hospitality trying always to speak your language. They know very well how to please their guests. So make sure to spend two weeks and fun is guaranteed whether you're a family, couple, or single. Activities: As I said fun is guaranteed, it's not only swimming and tanning. Animators are like the cherry on the top during your stay. With their constant smile and friendly attitude, they'll keep you entertained with activities since morning with water aerobics, water polo, beach volley and football, outdoor darts, dancing and singing, you name it. Still, you don't have to spend all your time in the hotel. Don't miss out on visiting the island's attractions from souks (local markets) for pottery and ceramic art, beautiful architecture, crocodile park, and safari. You can do that with tours organized by the hotel, "freelancers" 😂, or even by yourselves. Again, nobody will rip you off, everything is relatively cheap and you can always bargain for discounts. I know this is a very long review, but I've been to many countries in Europe, Mediterranean, Arabian Gulf, and Tunis is by far one of the best experiences. I felt it's so underrated and it's beauty and energy are not promoted enough. Hope this comprehensive feedback helps you to decide. Enjoy 🇹🇳❤️!
I had the worst hotel experience of my life there. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with shocking disrespect. The receptionist was extremely rude, started yelling at me for no reason, and even refused to process my check-in. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behavior from front desk staff in any hotel I’ve stayed in. After that chaos, we were finally given dirty rooms – completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed category. The level of cleanliness was beyond disappointing. It didn’t stop there. Customer service was a complete disaster. Staff members were either disrespectful, dismissive, or just flat-out unhelpful. At one point, the room lock broke, and we got stuck outside with no real assistance or urgency from the staff to fix the problem. Honestly, every single person we interacted with from the hotel staff was either rude or simply didn’t care. It felt like guests were a burden rather than welcomed customers. If you care about being treated with basic respect, having a clean place to stay, and receiving decent service — stay far away from this place. Total disappointment. Would give zero stars if I could.
been here for 3 nights and trust me the rooms won’t satisfy your expectations! we booked two rooms: one double bed and one with four beds. they didn’t give us the room we paid for and instead gave us two 3 ppl rooms..like what?? just because some people wanted to stay more at your hotel doesn’t mean anything!! we didn’t have a room inside of the hotel but a menzel, not what we paid for! the door of one was even broken, in the other room even the bidet was broken and the smell was killing my nose + the closet was broken and the waters bidet flood all over the room 💀 I’m not the only one complaining but many in the hall were complaining and discussing with the staff. one even threw cake at them! the only good thing about this hotel is the restaurant inside. honestly never coming back.
