One of the best hotels I've been to! The site is just perfect next to their private beach. Food is decent sometimes OK, rooms are in good shape (some still need renovations). The vibe is incredible, the people working there are so helpful, friendly, and cool to be with. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking to spend a good vacation at a reasonable price.
Upon arrival there was a nice greeting at reception however when we got into the room the bedding was heavily stained and the ac was leaking we reported it the next day however nothing had changed to the room. We woke up the next morning to the room nearly flooded. Apart from this the pool area was lovely and a great range of activities as well as really nice food at the buffet. It’s mainly focused on African food but we found food we loved.
A vey big no this is not a 4 star 1 star maybe a 2 at a push the staff are rude pool was crowded and not clean lifts don’t work air conditioning not properly working in rooms and not switched on in hotel at all we complained nothing changed all inclusive drinks are rubbish they hide the good stuff from you like the spirits unless your a big tipper they always say finished so my mum complained and manager came and gave her the drink she wanted in the end. There are not enough umbrellas and sun loungers all in all Tunisia was perfect this hotel was horrible please do avoid so many better hotels.
