El Mouradi Palace

Wonderful experience! The hotel is clean, food is varied and delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help – they truly make the stay special. The beach and pool are beautiful, and the value for money is excellent. One small note: rooms on the first floor definitely need renovation, but the rooms on the 3rd floor are fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

An amazing hotel experience! I stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved everything about it. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful – especially the receptionists, who were always patient and welcoming. There’s a great variety of food, and everything is fresh and tasty. The waiters in the restaurant and by the pool were also extremely attentive – really made us feel taken care of. The girls in the beauty salon are very professional. The rooms are always clean, and every day I got fresh sheets, clean towels, and anything else I needed. If you decide to stay here, just know it will be hard to leave – you’ll wish you could stay forever! 😊

I stayed at **El Mouradi Palace, Hammam Sousse** from **31/07/25 to 07/08/25** on an all-inclusive package. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect what you would expect from a 5-star resort: * **Rooms**: Definitely not up to 5-star standards. At best, I would rate them as 3-star quality. * **Reception staff**: Generally rude and unhelpful, with the exception of one staff member who stood out with their professionalism. * **Room cleaning**: A constant struggle. I had to request cleaning every time, and even after that, I often had to chase housekeeping for clean towels. * **Noise**: The swimming pool area was extremely noisy throughout the day, which made it hard to relax. * **Food**: Very average quality. Getting food was often stressful, especially with children running around the restaurant unsupervised, which made it hazardous with people carrying full plates. On the positive side: * **The beach** was very good. * **The location** was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, while the beach and location were enjoyable, the hotel itself fell well short of 5-star expectations.
