I recently spent a week at El Mouradi Palm Marina, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The food was absolutely fantastic-plentiful, varied, and delicious at every meal. Whether you're into local Tunisian flavors or international cuisine, there's something for everyone. The pool area was a highlight of my stay-clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The entire hotel was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both elegant and inviting. What truly made the difference was the staff. I recently enjoyed an excellent holiday at Palm Marina. The rooms were spotless and well appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The buffet showcased a remarkable diversity of dishes,catering to various tastes and preferences. The expansive pool area was both inviting and meticulously maintained. From the moment of check in through to check out, the staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality accommodation and outstanding service.
As our holiday got closer the reviews took a dip, but we were not disappointed. You enter the hotel through beautiful grounds, the hotel itself was spotless and well maintained and the desk staff couldn't be more helpful. The room was fine but could do with a bit of tlc but it was clean and we slept well. The food was terrific throughout our 10 days and everyone was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Beautiful beach and pool area were spotless and not too busy. A very special mention to all the animation team who really made our holiday with their humour and great attitude.....we WILL be back
